Had a wonderful day with Christine learning how to make halloumi and ricotta. We were also provided with a delicious three-course meal of crumbed haloumi, chilli jam, chicken and sweet corn soup, quiche, salad, home-baked sourdough bread (which Christine had baked at 5am), and zucchini and walnut cake with cream cheese frosting, as well as apple and cinnamon cake. Christine grows all her ingredients on her property and the day was very comfortable, social, informative, professional and an overall highly enjoyable experience. Most definitely recommend.

Loved Chris’s Sourdough bread making class, Lots of fun, great information, Chris made a beautiful lunch and I left with a lovely loaf made by me.

We all loved the wonderful Feta cheese workshop with Christine. Thank you for your amazing homemade food, attention to detail and providing a fun workshop atmosphere. Can't wait to do another one!!! ❤️❤️

Was an amazing day with Christene. She was a great teacher and professional. The sourdough bread making class is well worth it and you get and awesome lunch as well. Thank you Christene I would do more classes in the future with u. Hope there is many more to come.

We did the halloumi and ricotta class and it was such a fun day. Christine was so patient with us and gave us the skills to make our own cheese at home. The food served on the day was so delicious and we left with full bellies. I would recommend Christine's cooking classes to anyone who wants a fun day out, learn a new skill and enjoy some laughs along the way.

The Halloumi and Ricotta Cheese making class was so much fun. Came with some friends and not only did we have a blast, but we learnt so much with Christine. When we wearn't making cheese, we were eating Christine's home made, home grown delicious lunch. Thank you Christine, for an amazing afternoon...can't wait to come again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Christine's cooking classes. Each class has been so much fun and I've learnt so much. I can now say I am a pretty good bread and cheese maker! I have been fortunate enough to attend four of Christine's cooking classes - Sour dough making, Feta & Soft curd, Halloumi and an online Mozarella class. The last class was just last weekend - social distancing, masks, sanitiser etc aside, it was still fabulous. The only negative" is I left feeling very very full after the three course lunch !! (so good). Thanks Christine for giving me such wonderful experiences and skills at a very very fair price. (Below is one of my first sourdough's at home and also one from when I was making mozzarella - feel like a pro :-))"

I received this gift as part of a birthday present and attended a whole day workshop - curries, paneer and naan .Thoroughly enjoyed it, learnt heaps plus other cooking tips. The morning/afternoon tea and lunch was delicious, the participants were a lot of fun and over-all great day. The added bonus was a beautiful drive from Melbourne and on the way home we took the long way via Warragul and it was superb. the whole experience satisfied all our senses. Highly recommended and I look forward to attend another class in the future. Jean
