It's a great Library. I had this one unexpected experience where a mother was teaching her four year old daughter not to play with my child as we are Indians on my face It's so sad that in this ERA there is still racism and discrimination. Even if I come from an elite family and highly qualified. In two and three occasions I have been continuously asked about my membership in the library by the librarians which both my daughter and I am are and they are aware of it.

Needed help to access back copies of Choice at the library and also online. Brooke helped me with both issues and showed me on her pc how to access it. Brooke also gave me a printed hardcopy to take home. She was so patient, polite and friendly! Thank you Brooke!

2023: Feb. No wait to get a computer today. Picked up my reserved book. Thanks to all the staff.A great selection of books, videos, talking books, and all things Library. Fantastic area to access anything for the history of Redcliffe. Also, access to Family History programs. Plenty of computers to access, 2 printers & automatic top up for your library card. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Redcliffe library is a great resource. A comfortable, well-appointed space where everyone is welcome.The staff are helpful & if the book you want isn't available, you can make a request for it.

Always helpful and friendly librarians and a good thing too, because the books are shelfved by author not by category which makes finding a book by title a pain if you don't know the authors name.

Lovely Atmosphere, very helpful staff, who are always pleased to offer help where they can. I have been going to The Redcliffe Library for many years. Yet I live at Fitzgibbon about 30minutes from Redcliffe. Also a large amount of many books to satisfy many tastes. It is a shame that a security system has been required due to antisocial and rude behavior by the youth of today.

Nice local library. The shelf collection includes languages other than English which I did not expect. Network facilities are available for laptop users. A great place to study if you can't do it at home (like me at the moment).

Delighted to be able to write about such great people who help at the library. Nothing is a trouble to them, good natured and great smiles. Today I was helped by Narelle who made a potential problem fade away. Her help was invaluable. Five ⭐️ stars.

Very clean, spacious, organized, and efficient check-in/out system. Self-service. No need to wait. Staff are always helpful when you need them.
