Baskin-Robbins Ballina

Very disappointing for what they charge and small amount compared to other ice cream places ive tried would not go back tasteless

We went to Baskin Robins, the lady was absolutely lovely to talk I very very friendly, great location with stunning water views perfect for kids day out.There is a park out the front with kids play area, amazing water view and sunset. With dolphins coming out in the evening fishing.We really enjoyed the ice cream and didn’t want to leave after....I would definitely be going back there.

The ice cream was so delicious. My kids and I loved the ice cream and the service. Thank you for making every visit a childhood memory my kids will treasure in years to come!

My husband’s 70th birthday cake was sensational .. loved by all !Michelle was so helpful and friendly.. would highly recommend this wonderful team.

Icecream with a spectacular view. It’s just a shame that the people who are serving lack any warmth or customer service skills. They are also not very generous with their scoops.

Worse customer service! Got a take home tub just to get home to realise it leaked all through the bag and my car because they put it in upside down! Called to let them know didn’t expect anything out of it but got abused saying it was my fault! Won’t be back!

Old mate is passive aggressive when letting him know that the “take home pack” ice cream has spilt all through my car due to being put in bag upside down, “I should have let them know I was travelling from lismore” were his words.. didn’t realise that made a difference, horrible customer service after not having baskin robbins for years and it being unavailable in my town due to flood

The older gentleman was almost begrudged that my 4 year old son and I came for ice cream on a Sunday. Initially we walked in delighted and ready to have ice cream, I greeted the man “good afternoon” and he asked what I wanted. I inquired if there were cones with sprinkles and he said “do you see it…?” I later asked if they had toppings and he said “right in front of you” no customer service skills, quite rude. Didn’t really want to be there. Nonetheless we ordered and enjoyed the delicious chain ice cream in their indoor seating area. I wont be rushing to come back If that’s their attitude to simple questions and customer service.

After a lovely trip down to Ballina today with my family from interstate we decided to end the day with a ice cream for the childrenI was served by a lovely friendly lady but my daughter in law was served by an older fellow and had the worst experience, he was nothing but extremely rude to her , not once but multiple timesI don’t understand why such a person would work in an ice cream shop and be so rude with children around , we then proceeded to call manager who happen to be his wife so maybe it’s owned by them and he thinks that gives him the right to be rudeI have also noticed multiple reviews complaining about the same manHe gives baskin robins a bad nameShame on him for doing this around children , my advise to anyone is avoid this store if you don’t want to be spoken rude to by this man
