Sushi is dry and not wrapped properly and the lady (troll) that served me was so rude. I stood at the counter for 3 mins, she looked at me as she was sweeping the floor and then continued sweeping the floor for a further 2 mins. When she eventually did serve me she gave me a death stare as if I was wasting her time and didn't even hand me my box of sushi I had to bend over the counter to grab it then gave me a death stare.

I'm the regular customer. However lately, the service getting worst. Ordered 6 sushi rolls. Packed in the paper bag and small boxes. I don't get this. If want to safe cost, then just give me a proper bigger box to fit all my sushi . The lady served me each time never failed to pack my sushi in a paper bag even i bought more than 2. She even offer a bag to put my sushi. Just give a me proper box and i dont need a carry bag. and also there is a flies inside the fridge. Please get your staff to check the fridge regularly to ensure no flies.

spent about $50 on dry sushi. Not that I care about the amount I’m happy to pay for quality. Not only that, the lady that served me Cindy is rude. Where’s the customer service?

Food looks old and there are flies on it. Tell staff and they ignore you and leave the flies. Disgusting!

Food was completely dry I had to drink it with water and they didn't give me the extra sauses I paid for asked for salmon and got dried up chicken I have tried this place a couple of times , but now no more

This is my fav place to buy take-out sushi in Western Sydney. They cook and season the rice perfectly every single time. Huge selection and always super fresh. My personal fav is the spicy salmon roll. YUM!

I like going here and haven't had an issue before but I bought chicken and avo sushi roll and right at the end I saw pink raw chicken !!! Hadn't been cooked right through.Pls make sure the chicken meat is cooked properly to avoid food poisoning or salmonella!!!

Bought a couple of rolls, take away, and they forgot to put in the soy sauce. Like come on, you have one job!Plus customer service there is soo dry" and one staff member was taking photos of the sushi
