Disgusting customer service by the owners (husband and wife).I was the regular customer until I was served" by these two.I was purchasing the bigger cut of meat for roasting. There were quite a few peaces on the display and I could only see it partially from the front. I asked the lady owner to show me a few. After the third one

Very bad customer service, I walked into the butcher to get some meat and the people did not even look at any of the customers. They had their back to the people waiting and were just doing their thing, while completely ignoring their customers. Forcing me to go somewhere else.

Very plain butchery but surprised with some of their prices and decent quality of fresh meats on display. All looking fresh and the place seemed busy with locals. Didn't see many cuts for low and slow smoking but they did have ribs as well as asado.

Have purchased My meat here for over 10 years always been excellent. I bought four T-bone steaks and they were inedible. I called them up to explain how hard the meat was and how embarrassed I was Serving it to Guests And the manager told me there was nothing she could do about it and basically tough luck and go somewhere else. Very bad customer service will not be going back.

This butcher sells fresh, lean meat which cooks wonderfully. The service is excellent to the point where they came looking for us in the carpark, as they'd forgotten to give us our snags. Truly honest! I would certainly recommend as shopping here for quality and service,

Bendo’s Premium Meat
Great local butchery with good quality meat and sausage. They also have asado ribs which we love it. Their plain pork sausage is the best one in Sydney.

Very very bad customer service, we walked into the butcher to buy some meat and were very surprised by the lack of respect they had towards their customers as they were facing the other way knowing we were there waiting and just minded their own buissness.
