5 stars ONLY for Nikayla the young girl there. I work in Myer and previously was charged more than the average customer and the store was never open. Go in on Tuesday’s and Thursdays for amazing service with someone who is always on time and knows what she is talking about. Also will go above and beyond for you such as personally taking my shoes to my work since I wouldnt make it. Good things for her

Changed my watch battery 2 years ago and got a discount/warranty card. Just a month before the warranty expire the battery dead. Thought the battery did a good work and thinking to use the discount for the new battery. When I ask how much, the gentlemen said free. It is still under warranty. Honest people, excellent service.

Said it was open at 9am. Arrived at 8:55. At 9:20 still no one there. Sitting there waiting in the cold.Only wanted a new watch battery. Ended up going over the road to a family owned jewelers which turned out to be 10 bucks (as opposed to 20+ here) and they did it in 2 mins there and then. Not the first time this place has let me down.

Not happy at all with the quality of service and lack of respect for my personal belongings. Broke my watch and acted as if I brought it in like that. I brought in for a simple battery replacement that I have done many times elsewhere. I am only thankful that It wasn't one of my more experience watches. Honestly would give 0 stars if I could

I like this shop for the battery replacement of my watch..they're regular price is cheaper compare to the other shop, they give 10 percent discount for the regular price and the battery last for 2 years .
