Order a small single hose part. Waiting…..waiting…..waiting….Three weeks!!!! That’s right, three weeks been waiting, no phone call to let us know what’s happeningWe know your a new shop, but three weeks with no communication, don’t think we will return or recommend your shop.STIHL WAITING!!We will still make the trip into Urunga to the stihl shop, parts are in within 3-4 days, and we get a phone call to let us know.It’s now 18th April, stihl no contact from this shop.Good luck ever becoming successful
