All is fine until you make a warranty claim. Exide Orbital wouldn't hold its charge, took it back to be tested & was told there was a problem & further testing was required. I was phoned a week later and told to pick up my battery. I asked if the battery was being replaced & was told that it was fine. The battery was not fine" & was eventually replaced with the comment made "you're lucky mate

I have the worst experience ever in Australia. Sunday evening i buy the jumpstart cable from the shop at 95$ cz its really urgent and after reaching home i realize that thats not suitable for me ,on Monday there was public holiday so on Tuesday(today) i went there and told them its not suitable for me can i return it back So they replied they will charge 40$ service charge and i can only get 55$. Is it fair?

Wanted to acknowledge the fantastic service we had from Jake on Saturday evening. Three young men dressed for the ball and the car had a flat battery!!! Called Jake. He literally dropped everything to help, so we could get there on time. Fast, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We can't thank Jake and his exceptional service enough!!

Great customer service. Came to look at my car within 20 minutes of phoning them, jump started the car and advised me to take it for a run and then come back to the centre to test the battery to see if it needed replacing. It didn't, but I have had a few problems with it and was advised for peace of mind I could replace it. Was entirely up to me. Was done in 20 minutes at a great price. These guys know their job, are efficient, friendly and not trying to sell you something if you don't need it. Would highly recommend to anyone with battery problems.

What a great service ... the office person was friendly, carried out battery health checks , then offered for their mobile service to go to vehicle and check ... they were there within 5 minutes, the service guy was experienced and quickly checked that it was a battery issue .. replaced the faulty battery after giving price options ... and all completed in about 30 minutes. I will be Hollering for a Marshall" every time from now on. Thanks guys!!"

An unexpected flat battery on Saturday morning potentially left me stranded in Launceston. I called Marshall to see if they could help and Jake went above and beyond to help out. Despite being on his own, he managed everything with positivity and good humour.

Called this company when my car would not start, they were here within the hour, was advised battery flat from light left on inside vehicle. They checked battery and advised ok so no need to be replaced, could have sold me a new battery I would not have been any the wiser. The man was very helpful and obliging, thoroughly recommend this company Thank you Gaye Annear

One of the worst experiences I have had with car repairs. The person fitting the battery was angry and abusive to me after I stopped him fitting the battery because he was damaging the vehicle. He then waked away telling me to fit it myself. Following some negotiation. He did fit the battery but, in the process, damaged the car and left me with a live wire exposed. I then lost the vehicle for a whole day for auto electrician repairs. I was not even offered an apology. A component of the car was cracked due to the heavy handiness and when I asked for a new interior part, I was initially told by the owner to buy it myself and then ask for a refund after purchase. I never had in all my years driving had an experience like this. I lost a day’s work due to not having a vehicle and was not offered any refund for my time or a refund for the battery. My advice; do not use this company.

Great friendly service and reasonable prices! Called on a Saturday with a flat battery and great guy called Shane was here in 40 minutes (exactly when he said he'd arrive!). Swapped out the completely dead battery and got everything going again within 10 minutes.

I Hollered for a Marshall and he was there within a half hour. Good service, price and workmanship and with a warranty of 42 months I cant go wrong
