Couldn’t have had a smoother experience! I took my 80 into Hagans after getting in touch with Damo over the phone and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided me with a well priced quote and didn’t seem hesitant for all the work I needed to get done i.e (EBC, 7-pin, Anderson plug, light bar, remote alarm system, dash cam). Andrew worked on the car and the jobs were done in a quickly and professionally even though the guys had to source OEM parts from Toyota and parts from wreckers that are hard to find. Appreciate all the work done to my car and highly recommend these guys!

I woke up at 5:30am to a frozen car which I could not defog as my aircon and heater were all of a sudden not working, not ideal when you have to be on the road early. I called Haigans later that day and was told I could bring it in straight away to assess the issue. In record time they found that the blower/fan had died as I had thought. They ordered the part, had it all pulled apart and fitted together in record time. I could see they were extremely busy with many customers but still got me sorted out fast. I am greatly appreciative and have used their service again to update my headlights. Brilliant idea and now have better vision on the dark country roads. Highly recommend this business, the staff, service and prices are excellent. 5 stars

What can I say. We were up the proverbial ditch transiting from Grantville Vic, to Old Bar NSW (funeral). Alternator packs it in and we are stranded. Raining, we’re wet and miserable!!! Contacted Hagans that night and took the car to them at 0830 the next day. They dropped everything to help us and we were on the road around 3 hours later. Made the service in time. Thanks to Damien and his crew. We are very grateful for you friendly and professional service.Cheers Pete

It is not the easy jobs that show the quality of a workshop but the head scratchers that nobody wants. Our camper went in not working and came out working. Couldn't ask for more.

I needed my tail lights fixed in an emergency called around a few auto electricians and was scoffed at. Damo and the team got me on the road that day. literally i've never written a review but thought it was absolutely necessary as a sign of gratitude. They got me back on the road and the job done for a good price and of course friendly and prompt service. if there was a 6 star option id choose it. highly recommend.

My electric brakes were not working and as a traveller quite dangerous. They went out of their way to fit me in, diagnose and fix the problem. Very efficient and helpful.

Very poor customer service, was given a quote to fix air conditioner , regas only as per their quote and inspection of car I , paid for regas , drove out and car still no different airconditioner not cold. I rang Hagans which could not fit my car in any earlier to reinspect the car which was one week later and .then told me that I needed a new compressor now, quote was variable up to 4K.... On my invoice said that it was tested and working ... that wasn't trueI asked for my regas money back as it was I thought the least they could do as they didn't fix the air conditioner as per their original quote in the first place. They offered only $80.00 back .... But then said they were doing me a favor as the were not going to charge me for the second inspection of the car ..... Disgusting and poor customer service. Will never go back there again....... and to this day still have not been paid $80.00 as promisedSo in short , taken my car there to get fixed , taken my money and car a/c still not working .....
