We had a complete transmission fail on our way back to Sydney and it was sheer good fortune that the car decided to conk out in front of MyCar Ballina. Rachel and Lewis were completely amazing in assisting us. They went above and beyond to help work out the issue and even though our car couldn’t be fixed at that point they drove my husband to the airport to pick up the hire car and offered genuine advice . Totally professional, caring and genuine people - I wish they were my mechanics in Sydney!

I feel extremely grateful for the recent service I received from Rachael at mycar Ballina. She went above and beyond my expectations solving a mechanical/rego nightmare I was experiencing. Not only did she acquire the part I needed for $320 cheaper than what I was quoted by another mechanic, she also got the part fitted in a very short time frame. Rachael knows her stuff and her team work brilliantly, together they can offer top notch service and extremely competitive pricing. Don’t waste time on other mechanics like I did, book your car in with Rachael and her team at Ballina mycar!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else now.

Absolutely brilliant. Rolled in there with a slowly deflating tyre (not good if you're about to head home towing a 2.7t caravan). They found someone to work on it straight away. We barely had time for a coffee across the road before it was repaired. Tyre shine applied as well. Very reasonable price. All with the loveliest smiles. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Lewis and the team (including the female mechanic who did work on my car - sorry I didn't catch her name) Logbook serviced my pulsar, replaced the tires and did a wheel alignment. Haven't managed to test it on the motorway yet but this team are a friendly bunch and honest. Fixed my cruise controller stopper and my bothersome left indicator without the slightest of fuss. Definitely would recommend and would return when in the area. Thanks :)

The bloke at the front desk was really helpful and you can trust they won't rip you off like other mechanics. I had a engine light come on and they inspected it and they solved the issue, they also got my car into inspect it the next day and they were already booked out. Feels good knowing you could send your elderly mother there knowing she would get looked after.

Very hard to get your car looked at and very hard to speak to someone. Phone just rings out. Minimum wait time is a month. I was a regular customer and used to recommend mycar Ballina but unfortunately will need to start looking elsewhere.
