Very poor customer service. You enter and ring and wait and the staff ignores the full waiting room. Walking by and avoiding to look at the people waiting when there is obviously nobody in the collection rooms. I understand that the staff might have other tasks too, but at least an acknowledgement and some information that we need to wait or how much we would need to wait would be appropriate.

The worst clinical Labs! I went twice, first time the guy was rude and he definitely doesn’t have any empathy with the patients. Second time: bad luck, the same guy again, he is unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in health care. I never come back to this place. Horrible experience

This is the best pathology center in Perth . If you are nervous about getting a blood test or just want a phlebotomist who is really kind and reassuring ... ask for Emily . She is so fantastic and gentle! I had a really bad experience at my first blood test (Pathwest) but now I'm not phased by blood tests one bit, thanks to Emily ! Will certainly be coming here in the future.

Waiting times here are a joke. Never in my life have i waited close to an hour to get a blood test done. There was only two other people in the waiting room, yet they took forever to call them. Where are the staff?

I went to your centre in 693 Beaufort Street Mount Lawley as I was supposed to give a urine sample test. From the very start of the process the young lady who was conducting the process was extremely rude and aggressive towards me to the point where I wanted nothing to do with wanting to be there and even though I provided a clear sample, I could not fully concentrate as I could not engage in the way she was talking to me. This resulted me in breaching protocol during the test then which I was very upset for the rest of the day. Even as I was signing papers she did not even offer me anything to lean on to sign them. If I ever use your service again and I see the same young lady of Asian descent, I guarantee you I will turn around and go somewhere else

Consistently very long wait times at this clinic whenever I visit. This week we arrived within 2 mins of opening time and still waited nearly an hour to have a blood test. No communication and very poor organisation system.

Arrived for a fasting glucose tolerance test at 8.30 (had made appt). Waited 20 mins to be seen, no one else was waiting at that time nor had anyone gone through.Finally at 8.55 the phlebotomist came out and informed me no appt was made and that i couldnt do the test. This is so frustrating and upsetting - was the only day I could possibly do it and had specifically made an appointment. The staff member was incredibly rude and no understanding

The lady who took my bloods had a fantastic attitude, really cared and made sure I was ok throughout. She was funny, likable, skilled and efficient. All you can ask of someone in this role! 10/10 for her

I’m always very anxious before a bloody test and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. He got my vein first go ( that happens rarely) and I felt minor discomfort . Thanks team such a great experience

Average customer service and care until my recent awful experience. I've never had any problems with the routine lab procedures done here but was recently turned away after two attempts at trying to take blood from me - once in each arm. I left with my lab request form, cotton wool taped on both inner elbows and told to 'try again another day' with not much more than a 'sorry' and advice how to have better veins next time. The phlebotomist didn't manage to draw blood from the two veins she tried and said the others were 'no good'. After the second failed attempt which I'd correctly suspected would also be quite painful given how close it was to my inner elbow - but didn't say anything, I left feeling demoralised that I'll need to fast overnight then try again. I'm feeling even less motivated to rearrange my commitments for attempt number two, other than not being able to go ahead with medical treatment I need until my blood work is done.
