This company was prompt with their quote and followed up with a phone call the next day. Very friendly customer service, I honestly thought their pricing was too good to be true. The 2 men arrived early Sunday morning (same price per hour, 7 days a week) and worked quickly and efficiently the whole time. Completed the move in less than 4 hours. Will recommend to everyone. Please call them now, you won’t be disappointed.

SAME COMPANY AS ASKY REMOVALS. I used them couple of years ago so I booked them again as they did a good job back then, despite the negative reviews on their previous name I still trusted them but I shouldn't have used them again!!*UNRELIABLE*-They called me the night before around 9pm telling me that the 10T truck I booked have broke down so they offered me a 6T truck instead but I did not accept it as the truck was too small. It's going to be hassle doing 2 trips so I had to reschedule.*UNPREPARED*-I told them I have furnitures and bed to be disassemble but they didn't bring any tools at all!!!! Mine was all packed so I had to run and buy tools for them to use.*UNPROFESSIONAL*-Scratch some of the furnitures they didn't properly stack them and didn't use the blankets properly.-One guy kept on complaining the whole time and he doesn't even want to assemble the bed.-When I made the booking I told them I have a massage chair that goes on 2nd floor and they agreed that it's fine to do but on moving day they refused to bring it up.*UNORGANISED*-The boxes were all properly labelled on which room they have to go but they just dumped it all the garage. I told them where things has to go but they kept on saying they'll do it later and didn't end up happening as they just been complaining again.-Boxes that are fragile they don't even know how to handle and not stacking them properly.I contacted Alice but left unanswered. It was a very stressful move. SUCH A TERRIBLE COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Dealt with Cassie during booking; turned out Alice and Asky Movers were handling the whole moving. Even the phone number provided under Easy Way Moves belong to Asky Movers - a proxy/front?Please read reviews under Asky Movers (2.8 out of 5 stars), the negative reviews are spot on. Extra hidden charges by the movers ($200/person for staircase charge), and truck damaged our house fencing. Spoke to Alice, she said we need to make full payment before they repair it. Looking at Asky Movers reviewers, doubt it will happen. Other than this very bad experience, the work was acceptable.I rarely give bad reviews, but this company deserves it. Will post the same comment in Asky.

I had a confirmed booking 95 Aud/hr on 2nd of June 2022 for two men and truck, the truck arrived at 08:30, and one person in separate car , both of them had some conversation and one men left leaving truck & driver , the truck drive said he will move alone and will charge 70 Aud which I refused , this could be the planned strategy , so I told the driver to go I don't need the service, so the company is not trust worthy.

Guys were great and communication was also good. They were on time and efficient even though the weather was bad. However, there was one item that i could not find. Tried asking their customer service and they asked me to text the driver if the item was left in the truck. I have not received a response yet.

Movers from hell!-Turned up 3 hours late- Brought the wrong truck despite us booking and paying for a larger one (so had to do 2 trips)- Didn't bring tools despite this being in the quote (I had to go buy some from kmart)- Took 30 mins to get started- Broke multiple items- Took 8 hours to move a two bedroom place (finishing at 1am)- Didn't take upstairs items up despite us paying the extra stair fee- Lost all the screws and hard wear for our beds so we can't put them back together- Got muddy foot prints all over our new white carpetsNever use them!

We were contacted by Cassie who was polite, friendly and professional. The booking was confirmed via email as well as by the two drivers who turned up on time. Our items were handled carefully and were promptly delivered which included access via a flight of stairs. Would have no hesitation in using Easy Way again.
