Very Happy with our choice! Despite various constraints, Emil from EMK Architects was forward thinking and designed duplexes to maximise the footprint of our lot. Emil and the EMK team have been a pleasure to work with. After a few disappointing experiences with other companies, we were extremely pleased at Emil’s calm and considered approach to designing our new home.From the start we loved the EMK design language. EMK’s ability to create points of difference in the overall design is what makes them special. Working with Emil on our duplex design has been a satisfying experience. No job was too small as they took a basic design we had to another level thinking about orientation, voids/light & aesthetics. Emil has produced a design considering our budget and included some of EMK’s signature design elements like round showers.
