I went to take some prints today before he started printing I asked for 2 sided print, the man took one side and charged me more very rude, when I realised after seeing that he printed 2 sides as I want one side, he saying that he can only do that, Very bad service.

I've printed here a few times and have always been thoroughly impressed with the results. It's a cosy little store with lovely members of staff. Any time in the future I have something to print, I'm coming straight back.

I went in for a color print and the employee never told me that she didn’t have color print option. She didn’t ask me any questions and just printed it and only after I pointed out it wasn’t in color they told me they didn’t have color option print. I paid all color price.
