KK Fabrics - Australian Fabric Suppliers

I am very unhappy with my first order from kenard and kenard fabrics in Melbourne. Not the fabric, but the fact that they sold fabric that they said had been put aside for me until some out of stock fabric arrived in their store so that the whole order could be send as one package. So I only received half the fabric I ordered and now I have unhappy customers. I have sent an explanatory email to them and their response was basically “stiff cheddar” and now they are ignoring me. Any suggestions?
