Ever since moving here 20 yrs ago, all my furniture, and my Mum's furniture has been brought here. The staff are always friendly and make you feel like a friend not just a customer. Would recommend this store to everyone who wants decent furniture at a great price. When delivered, they help to put your furniture together, not just leave it for you to do. Can't say enough good things about Moore's.

The sales assistant and the owner Michael went above and beyond when I went to buy a waterbed replacement. They no longer carry much stock but went to great lengths to help me. I saw an interaction with another customer that showed kindness and consideration in excess of purely commercial customer service. We have dealt with this family business for forty plus years and they have always been good to deal with, but I think the current management is extraordinarily good.

We are totally astounded with Moores. Their service surpassed all others when we purchased a new lounge. Our previous lounge from another retailer was returned after 18 months as a total failure. When we ordered our new lounge from Moores and were told it would take between 16 and 18 weeks we were good with that and thought we'll just watch TV in the media room ... BUT ... Moores offered us a loan recliner lounge and didn't charge to drop it off, bring it into the lounge and will remove it free of charge when the new one arrives. We've never had service like that EVER ... and they were lovely and NOT pushy. 10/10.

I cannot recommend this furniture and bedding store enough. Here is the story. I'm in Sydney and we ordered a Lazyboy chair in Sydney for my elderly father. Due to COVID and other issues there were delays. Last Sunday I decided to see if another Lazyboy stockist had the same chair as I was prepared to have it shipped from wherever I could locate one. I called Michael's family owned store in Bunderberg (to be honest I didn't look to see where the store was). Michael was unbelieveable. He took my details and said he would see what he could do for me. Michael spoke to people in Sydney from Lazyboy and 4 days later my father is sitting in his super comfy Lazyboy chair as I type this. Michael went above and beyond even though I did not purchase the chair from him. Incredible service. Highly recommended. Thank you Michael.

We visited Moores today to look for a replacement lounge. We received excellent service from the sales assistant and manager. They had excellent product knowledge and able to anticipate our needs. They went above and beyond to help us. We left very satisfied.We had been to the shop previously and purchased outdoor furniture. We felt the same satisfaction at that point as well.Would certainly recommend Moores to anyone looking to purchase quality furniture.
