Metro Petroleum Gosford

Poorly designed the entryway. This could cause the accident or blocking traffic back to the main road. Poor customer service. One day I filled up the petrol for $40 on pump no.5 . Then, I went to the counter to make a payment. However, there was a problem. There was the other customer paid the wrong pump number (which was my pump number). So, I still paid for my petrol (which was $40). However, when I asked for the receipt the staff said she (looked like Indian) can't issue me the receipt. That can't be right. If the machine can't print out the receipt, they have to be able to write it down on a receipt book. By law, the petrol station like that must be able to provide the receipt for the customers either by printed from the POS machine or a receipt book as a proof of purchase. The way the staff said that to me sounded very dodgy.

It is consistently the best fuel price in the area. I travel from Sydney and I will purposely wait till fill up here as its always the best price and the service is quick and efficient. Be warned if your heading back to Sydney its far more complicated to get to that side of the road

Always get petrol here but won't be doing so again after today. Very rude guy behind the counter shouted at me for tapping my amex without telling him it was an amex first. Then proceeded to tell me he had warned me last time BUT I have never seen him before, it's generally young guys who are too busy on their phones to acknowledge customers. When I explained that I'd never had an issue paying before he wanted to refund my transaction then put it through with the surcharge. I am more than happy to pay the surcharge that comes with amex payments however the responsibility is on the business to put measures in place on the terminals themselves. Very poor experience.

Best price for petrol in Gosford. Super busy but ok of you go out of peak hours. Also manually fill gas bottles for a good price.

Bought petrol here a number of times and I don't think I have ever received a hello or any form of acknowledgement ever, always on phone and they are too bothered to look up from counter. Indian guy at counter today just stood there arguing with me when he charged me for another persons pump as if it was my fault. Very rude people.

2021.. so far the most competitively priced bowser in the area. Was fortunate to grab a free promotional sausage sizzle too.. well done guys! All the best to your business.

I often go here to fill up.Very friendly, cheerful staff, great fuel price all day even when it is not happy hour.Their $1-$1.50 coffees are FANTASTIC value!I am also very impressed with their METRO MILK, yet another great quality great value product.Highly reccomend!
