Chairforce Sydney - Cafe Chairs & Furniture

I recently ordered and collected some awesome stools for my kitchen from Chairforce. Unfortunately when I got home I realised I had ordered the wrong height. The team at Chairforce were so helpful in changing them over, organising the refund and helping me load them in the car. All whilst being very sympathetic to my initial error.

So happy with this company. The customer service is above and beyond. They were polite and helpful in person over the phone. My delivery came next day, got a message from the shipping keeping me updated and they came well wrapped. Will be using them from now on within my company for any clients that need chairs. Thank you

Loved a particular chair and the website showed stock of 24 available. So went ahead and ordered and paid for 8 for my daughter in law (who purchased a new table to match well with the chairs). 2 days later received a confirmation of our order and that they would be with us soon. But then out of the blue received another email saying they didn’t have any stock available - sorry! A quick check of the website several times over the following 36 hours still showed stock available and would still allow purchase. A great way to hold and gain interest on thousands of dollars of other people’s money until they get around to returning it to a disappointed purchaser. So don’t trust the website! The company knows that the numbers are incorrect, but all they say is ‘oh, sorry!’
