Was in the Fitzroy store 2 weeks ago . The staff told me the dress my daughter was wanting may be available in her size at the Fitzroy store, however , their phone line has been down indefinitely , so the Fitzroy store have supposedly being trying to contact the Brunswick store / store manager , for the past 2 weeks and have promised to get back to either my daughter or I on at least 5 occasions - have heard nothing !!!!The guy at the Fitzroy store was delightful butunfortunately it wasn’t him who was chasing up this item .Can’t believe the incredibly bad customer service from the other staff!

I have been to this beautiful shop a couple of times. I just had to write and mention how lovely the staff were. Could not do enough for me.I will happily go back to the Uk on Sunday with my lovely purchases from this store. Thank you again guys. Regards the woman with the broken shoulder. Caroline

Large Gorman store in Brunswick Street. Downstairs is the new stuff. Upstairs the discounted, sample and cheaper stuff. We spent an hour here hunting through by the racks. Not just clothes either. Items for dogs. Clothes for kid, plus some homewares. This is also where you can have alterations made.Staff are lovely and very helpful.Parking is typical Brunswick Street but as you’re at the top end it’s a little easier.Drop into Slow Poke over the road for brunch. Very nice.

Honestly I’ve been made to feel so u comfortable every time I’ve visited this store from the staff over the years.Living nearby, I’d occasionally pop in to see if there’s some homewares or things that might fit me, and the staff every time have made it feel like I shouldn’t be there or a big inconvenience.I’m really easy going so didn’t really care, but this week when I went one of the staff (American accent?) was just the worst, so rude, and I think that’s the final straw. No more Gorman presents for friend, family or myself.Don’t know if every Gorman is like this, but I’d avoid the Fitzroy store personally.

Literally waited 15 minutes for someone to be refunded and to repurchase the products as they weren’t charged the sale price originally. Left without purchasing the products I wanted as I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to pay because the manager is explaining he had “a really big night and can’t do maths.”

Unique prints and pretty clothes. Staff is nice too. Big problem with the changing room upstairs. The curtains are too small and everyone outside can see inside the changing room via the mirrors inside! Asked one of the staff and she said it's a complaint they've received many times and have told their Manager but the Manager is not doing anything about it. The bare minimum we ask of a changing room is privacy and this is a major violation of it! Please fix it.
