The most outstanding and professional service! Alistair went above and beyond my expectations with such generosity and kindness. His experience made the difficult job a breeze to get through. He was more than delightful even though the job took him well past his normal working hours. I could not rate his professionalism any higher as he dealt with a very difficult job and had to deal with difficult neighbours. He was incredibly patient and happy no matter what was thrown at him. He encountered a lot on this job and was just such a trouper! I can’t thank him enough and would always recommend him no matter what the circumstances are. Simply a great bloke, and perfect advice. We found it so difficult to get quality advice for our fireplace insert but Alister was prompt, honest and accurate! He even gave free advice prior to us engaging his team for the job.

We had Alister install a wood fire heater & flue at our place and thank goodness we did! He has been awesome to work with from the very beginning - offering great advice on the products to buy and a bunch of info on how the overall process works all the way through from start to finish. Alister is always punctual, easy to get in contact with over the phone/text and absolutely goes the extra mile. I'd 100% recommend him to anyone.

Alister gave excellent and knowledgable advice on repairing a gas heater that was intermittently failing to light. He outlined the possible reasons and how to remedy the fault.

Do not use this bloke ! I booked him to install a wood fire - never showed up on agreed day , didn’t return phone messages or calls - promised to call me back never heard from him again !!! , gave him the benefit of the doubt & a second change after he said he got overwhelmed with queries but instead of communicating with clients he just ignored tme !! if you didn’t want to do the job be upfront & honest - have since had a professional plumber install my wood fire. Do Not Use Alistair @ Prime Plumbing!!!

Alister was very quick in responding and thoroughly professional. We had some leakage on the roof, he got details over the phone and was at home in 15 minutes. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and provided options to fix it. He also gave advice on future maintenance of our water heater. Alister advised he was able to come at short notice and when he was delayed he called to advise. We had a small leak from our toilet and Alister provided all options which was great so we could choose the best choice for us due to cost, time etc. He also very kindly answered questions I had relating to other previous plumbing issues from a bad bathroom reno experience.
