Be careful, Someone is using their name and abn number to scam you.The mobile phone provided is not listed anymore, but the shop exist.Buy nothing until you actually talk to someone.I called the opposite shop, they will bring a message over to them...Hopefully they contact me

Purchased a film f edge glass for $25. They fitted on my Note 8 when I arrived home I took my phone from my pocket and the screen protector had a small crack on the edge. I took back for a refund and of course they did not give. AVOID THEM.

Such good customer service! We have walked the whole centre to find a case for our new phone and were so happy we made it to the end to this store.

The worst possible store would not refund or exchange incorrect size phone case. Let the buyer beware Rude staff non helpful and break contracts for refunds or exchanges. 0 Stars and never again will I go near this imitation business

Well...where do I begin? This is a joke of a business. Strongly do not recommend is an understatement. It started off with a quoted price of $130 for a mobile screen repair for a 6s Plus, the manager told me to come back in 30minutes. When I returned they quoted me $150, I asked why the price went up, she simply explained that she was so incompetent that she could read the clearly written sign behind her. The phone was fixed (a term used loosely in situation) and they offered to put on a glass screen protector that I had purchased in a different shop. After 24hours the phone screen was freezing and kept turning off, the phone was rendered useless. I returned after week showing the receipt however the phone was working at the time I showed her so the shop attendant did not believe me. She told me that I had to prove it in a video and return another day. I went the following day with a video already annoyed at the service (or lack of) I was provided. She decided she would fix the phone however would not replaced the glass screen protector which would obviously be damaged in the removal of the phone screen. I did not agree with this and asked her that she would have to remove the screen protector in perfect condition and place it onto the fixed phone. After waiting an hour I returned to see that she had not replaced the screen protector and asked her to transfer it onto the fixed phone. She cracked it defeating the purpose of the screen protector. She however continued to fit it onto the the phone. It was then I said to her firmly that I'd had enough and she was going to have to replace it. This is when she started shouting at me, I of course raised my voice in protest as this is disgusting service and she had broken my personal property. She then laughed at me and said she'd call security and refused to give my already paid for phone back to me. Still damaged. It was then when she started to humiliate me in the middle of the shopping centre by explaining how she'd done nothing wrong to all the shop keepers around her.The fact that she is human astounds me.

Had my iPhone 11 Pro Max phone screen replaced and customer service is literally the best they go above and beyond to help there customers out! Highly recommend!!!

Highly not recommended. I had a very bad experience dealing with a very incompetent staff. Gave my mobile to change screen protector and half way through the staff said this was her first time and she couldn’t do it and asked me to take my mobile back.Luckily Fone King (Opposite the kiosk) staff stepped in and helped her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Chermside Mobile Arena.
