Gagan is the best receptionist. I had to redo my 13 weeks of obstetric ultrasound and even wgen it was fully booked out for next 2 weeks, she was able to schedule appointment for me on the same day because of the urgency of the procedure. Very understanding and kindBless her soulThank you

Common guys , have some smile on your face , especially when customers with you ..manager to review your employees for better presentation.Here is the storyWe went for pregnancy ultrasound 14 weeks , radiologist didn’t communicate with us , neither show any interest or made comfortable or welcoming sort of environment, didn’t explained whats going on. She just played with her machine over my stomach and clicked some pictures. What a boring experience we had .Nope , this is not acceptable.

Have been twice in 2 weeks and had a great experience both times with both the reception and sonographer staff. Minimal waiting time (3.30pm and 12pm weekdays). Thank you!

Have been here a few times for imaging, and they have always been fine. My last visit was great, receptionists were lovely, sonographer informative and friendly. My results took a bit longer than expected to come through, however after a phone call, things were organised to have the results ready at the end of the same day.

Today is 20/03/2023. We received the third same invoice that we have given them all of the payment information a few weeks ago. We can’t imagine that they couldn’t even settle such a simple thing! Definitely too poor ability to do their accounting jobs.I have been to here for MRI and X-Ray of my right wrist a few weeks ago. I want to give 5 stars to the MRI Dr Jules and the receptionist. But I only want to give 1 star to the X-Ray Dr Himanshu.The receptionist was very nice. Dr Jules who did my MRI was very nice and professional as well and I was very relaxed with his checking. In fact, I should’ve given 5 stars to Dr Jules and the receptionist.But Dr Himanshu who did X-Ray for my right wrist was not good. When meeting him, he was very hurry and wasn’t nice. And also his report was not professional because he even couldn’t read the image on which I have the positive ulnar variance that he didn’t report at all. I am really disappointed with him and his report. So I only want to give him 1 star and will not choose him to check x-ray for me anymore. And definitely I will not recommend him to anyone.I have paid all the costs for MRI and X-Ray at reception on that day. But I have received another two invoices for this X-Ray until 27/02/2023 which wanted me to pay again. This is really ridiculous! I have been to I-MED in Woden for many times and always paid all the costs at reception before I left, never happened any problems. Don’t know what’s wrong with this X-Ray which was so troublesome.

Right. So u guys book me for 12 pm appt ans ask me to arrive 10 mins prior (not sure l, whyyyy) then don't take me in until after 12.30 pm after sitting 45 mins in the waiting room. No apologies by any of the staff member whatsoever. It's like you guys have no respect for other people's time!! Not happy with ur service today

Reception staff friendly, radiographer too. Wait time on phone greater than 15 minutes on more than one occasion and report still not with my Dr one week later. Very poor and slow post exam processes. I'll be going back to Canberra imaging from now on.

No wait time and I had Margaret for for my ultrasound, she was wonderful and explained everything to me.Reception was also friendly. Overall 5 stars.Appointment 8.30am results back with doctor 12.30 same day.

As I sit here after 1.5hours after my actual appointment and almost having to re-book my CT Scan for a third time (first time rescheduled as they failed to contact me for not having a DR on site the day of my appointment), I'd like to give this one star specifically for a person named Mark, the receptionist were kind and accommodating. Long story short Mark had refused a life depending CT Scan for a relapse of my cancer, reason being was a miss communication chasing my referral which I had with me but had left in my car. His exact words were we cannot proceed now as we have 8 other patients to tend to and cannot inconvenience others as a result of you". Receptionist managed to get me into the Woden branch in between patients as "Mark won't back down" (receptionist words to Woden branch). Mark I hope one day you don't have to go through what I am going through right now
