Couldn’t recommend it more if I wanted too, Jesse and his staff are fantastic keeping everyone in group classes engaged and motivated from start to go and help everyone reach their full potential and improve their form on each exercise.If the group classes aren’t your thing their are the Semi-PT and PT opportunities also, or if you just want to do your own thing the free weights and cable machines are there for your use too.If you really want to push yourself try out one of EMOM’s 6 or 12 week challenges, it’s how I got started and I haven’t looked back since.

EMOM factory is like no other gym- it is such a supportive and welcoming environment! The trainers are so incredibly knowledgeable and there is a huge variety of classes and equipment available! Jesse is so accommodating and supportive! Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

EMOM factory has an epic atmosphere. Members are supportive and urging each other on. This is supported by the highly specialised knowledgeable training team lead by Jesse and Steph that kept me motivated and accountable for my general fitness and motivation.

Each session is enjoyable but challenging, and with the support from the amazing trainers, I love coming back each day. They’ve helped me improve my techniques and skills, so I feel like I am making progress quite well.

Hands down to the best gym!!!!!! All the trainers are knowledgably and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts. Atmosphere is awesome and you will not get the same workout twice. Life changing gym and I highly recommend.

I’ve never seen myself as a gym person and always found a way to stay active and healthy through my sport or running.Since giving up cricket this season, I have found a passion in going to EMOM Factory. It has not only allowed me to maintain my fitness base for off season football, but it has made me fall in love with going to the gym.I’m now finding that I plan my day around going to the gym and the range of different group classes that are offered allow for that flexibility.EMOM Factory is a super social place where everyone is welcoming with there still being that competitive edge that I love to get the most out of my time there.Thanks to Jesse and the team for all that they do in fulfilling everyone’s fitness goals!
