Tan and his partner are extremely helpful and the definition of going the extra mile. Came in for a quick repair because it was recommended by a friend, but will definitely be back for all my bike needs!

Been here twice. Got my bottom bracket and a new crank one time and then got a new inner tube second time. The main guy there was nice and straight to the point. Some people may take this as rudeness but myself I appreciate a quick and easy deal. Prices were great and easily the cheapest in the area. Also got same day service both times and other major bike shops (Giant and Trek) both said my bottom bracket replacemt would take over a week. Highly recommend

Tan very quickly turned around my bike for a couple of gran fondo rides I've got planned for spring with no hassles. Provided good advice to care for the bike to make sure I can go longer. Definitely will be back for my bike needs.

Needed a replacement spoke today (use my bike to commute and take kids to school etc). Tried several 'bike shops' but gave up as they all had no stock, no way to order, no clue.Called on the phone and went in later that day. Guy had a look at the spoke I had and made a new one there and then. So glad to have found a new bike store that isn't just filled with untrained minimum wage staff who can only read labels on boxes as they hand them to you.Can't recommend them enough!

Tan (the owner) has literally saved my life!We came here not for a bike but in desperate hope that they could fix a discontinued rear pram tyre.Tan was able to source and install the same size tyre saving me both $$$ as I did not have to purchase a new pram, as well as my sanity as I can now leave the house with bub!If I did need a bike I would definitely purchase from here as they are so helpful and accommodating.

Very impressed with the level of service and best of all Tan had great knowledge of products they sell . We purchased 2 bikes and 2 helmets and we could not be happier with our bikes.
