Eight years of visiting Emma's friendly shop (since my eldest daughter was in a baby capsule) and Emma and her team always make me feel welcome. Great brow wax and tints, uses quality wax. You can trust the staff with the care of your skin and range of quality products.

Sitting pretty WellardThe girl who works here is great - knowledgeable and helpful. I regularly go here for waxing, she is great with brows especially! I had microdermabrasion done today for the first time, skin feels so soft and the tone of my skin is already improved. Comes with a very relaxing facial too! Very happy with results, can't wait to see how it goes after a full course!

Had a spray tan, staff was lovely. Tan lasted and didn't go orange!

I would give zero stars if I could. That's how much I completely hated my experience at Sitting Pretty Wellard. They have 2 outlets - one in warnbro and one in wellard but the technicians work at both. I had my eyelash extensions done here and it was so badly done. The technician (mine was named Paige) explained that each individual eyelash will be glued on to separate eyelashes, but the end result was nothing like this.Firstly, she used scotch tape under my eyes. That made my eyes water and my skin burn because such tape is not meant to be used on skin especially under the eyes. Next she glued on my lashes and they were uneven. Some were glued higher than others so you could see them on the lid if you looked closely. Of those that weren't uneven, they were glued together. You are meant to be able to comb through the individual lashes but mine were all clumped together.The technician clearly stated stinging in the eyes is a normal sensation. I have never had my lashes done before and had no idea. I walked in asking if they were qualified lash extensions and she mentioned how they use only the best products and she did not answer my question about if she was qualified on the phone (my bad for going along) but I thought it would be fine as they had pretty good reviews for other services on Facebook.I know why now. I posted a bad review about my experience and was waiting for a response explaining why they let unqualified beauty technicians work on delicate areas such as eyelashes and end up gluing them together. They also charge you $120 for such a service. But instead of apologising, THEY DELETED MY REVIEW. Not only that, they deleted the entire review section. I had posted pictures of my eyelashes and an example of a bad application of eyelash extensions that resembled mine just to prove that I wasn't a customer who just did not like my experience". I don't even leave reviews but I was compelled to this time especially after I found out that they had deleted my review on Facebook.Basically

Amazing staff beautiful salon fab treatments

I have been to this place twice. Each time you make a booking they try to upsell you to something more expensive, particularily if you have a gift voucher. Also beware they may also try to upsell in the MIDDLE of a treatment which I think is a little bit money hungry and unprofessional. Gift vouchers are not generally able to be used with specials advertised. Probably wont return.
