I came for the first time and was impressed. Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful and proactive in helping me find a chair based on my needs, as well as comparing features between similar options.It didn't feel like he was pressuring me to make a purchase and was happy to step back to let me think and try things out.He showed great attention to detail in the level of refurbishment offered, and is very transparent with both pros and cons.Overall a really great guy, very happy with his service and would recommend anyone looking for a cost effective refurbished chair with good quality to check this place out.
