Had birthday gift voucher $150 to use - Genevieve has refused to return calls, only responded by text. Dishonest business owner, very disappointed!!!!

I have a voucher for this business and the owner moved to Geelong. I have been trying to get a refund that she agreed to provide by the end of January, I didn't receive it. Then she wouldn't answer my calls. I put my number on private and she finally answered and has said I have to wait another month. Not acceptable

Did not have a positive experience here! I booked in for a service and made it known I had a voucher that was gifted to me as payment. No problems there. At the service I got a few add ons which I paid for before leaving, after I had left and given in my voucher I got a call to say that there was no proof or record of the voucher being paid for. Understandably I was confused, the call was abrupt and I/ the person who purchased the voucher for me was accused of stealing and we would have to give payment ASAP or the police were going to be involved!!Because of the disorganisation of this business, they couldn’t immediately find our initial payment of $120!!!!! Turns out it was sent to one of their other bank accounts and they did receive it but we were accused of stealing nonetheless which isn’t an exactly relaxing way of finishing off a facialWould not return

I had a terrible experience, Genevieve does not know what she is doing, my makeup was pale, ,my eye lashes, I felt like I had blinders on. The make up started to crack under my eyes, it looked terrible I was so dissapointed, and it took her twice the amount of time estimateed to get it done. Definitely not recommended
