Worst customer experience ever!! They are not local. They are off shore and do not give a shot about the customer. They screwed up a print which cost me $2k. They accepted no responsibility and told me it was my fault. DO NOT USE.

Disappointing quality with the item not centred properly and scratches on the other side of the tags. When asked to assist with reprinting Steve replied 'acceptable limits' obviously their tolerances are of a VERY LOW standard.

NO STARS The worse printing and customer service i have ever received. No one would talk to me by phone or in person about my concerns and many businesses were affected. A very costly and upsetting experience as being a business owner myself i would never put a customer through this and hope no one else will use this company and experience the same disappointment.
