Got Jake from Alikai roofing for a quote to replace part of my roof. Quote process was more professional than others, waiting for materials costs before quoting a price. Others came off the roof and threw me a number (both higher than Alikai) He got me in asap as I needed. Jake and Sam got it done in 2 days and did a few extras that weren’t part of the initial quote with no extra charge to make sure it was done properly. Really happy with the results. The guys were a pleasure to deal with and was appreciative of the extra details they went to. Thanks Alikai!

Jake was prompt in response, gave us a really reasonable price and was thorough in explaining everything upfront to us. He also gave us a good recommendation in colour to choose. Sadly our roof had 7 broken tiles not replaced just sprayed over and a dented whirly bird installed. I have tried on numerous occasions to get this resolved with Jake and been more than fair but to this day nothing has been done...disappointing...will have to pursue through Fair trading it appears which i wanted to avoid.
