We are a family that love our pies. I can tell you the Aussie bush pepper pie was the best I’ve ever had. Super peppery and filling after a great morning surfing. Highly recommend, no insist, you go there.

Fantastic cruffins! We dropped in here for some quick treats and were delighted with the 3 different cruffins we selected - vanilla custard, bueno (light choc & hazelnut) and Nutella. The croissants looked very generous too! If gourmet pastries are your thing, check them out if you're in the area!

What a find!Simply awesome food and coffee to die for.Pulled in on our bikes for breakie and so enjoyed it.We had bennies on sourdough, 2 eggs with so much ham.

Usually amazing this was disappointing and disgusting and has made me rethink future visits... badly wrapped burnt and inedible schnitzel, with limp dead leaves and the end of several tomatoes...

Love the service and the produce. Amazing range of cakes, slices, pretzels, doughnuts and then your hot range of sandwiches and croissants. Drinks menu is amazing too and the coffee is top notch! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, even if it’s just to admire the artwork on the walls and ceiling. Well worth a look!!

I stumbled upon this delightful cafe while roaming around the main Cabarita strip.I was greeted by a friendly staff. Their homemade pies looked amazing and was drawn towards the chorizo slow cook beef pie. The verdict, a little runny though the combination of the chorizo and beef was mouthwatering and the pastry complimented the experience. To wash this thoroughly enjoyable meal I tried their sticky chai infused with soy milk. The chai had a strong hint of licorice though very soothing. The bakehouse had a wide assortment of baguettes and sandwiches.So if your heading down towards the Tweed Valley region for a swim or a leisurely drive I highly recommend dropping into Fuel bakehouse for lunch.

Absolutely fantastic casual food. I hod mushroom and beef in Guinness meat pie. I will definitely eat this when I am in town. By the way the hot chips are probably the best I have ever had.

Best pies I’ve tasted in Australia hands down!!Coffee is spot on as well, always nice little treats in the window that are always tempting and the croissants are delicious.Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Daily trip to sample the pastries while holidaying in the area. If you love croissants and doughnuts, drop by here, you won't be disappointed. Well priced, good coffee too!
