Zero stars. Booked the bikes for 10am. Didn't turn up, phone was turned off. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until midday. Phone still off. Must have had a big Saturday night and passed out. Unreliable. Go with someone else.

Terrible experience unfortunately. The owner was very tetchy and, after hanging up on us following a reasonable request (he couldn't deliver the tandem as promised, so we asked for a discount as the resulting logistics were problematic) he then refused to answer the phone and bolted the gates. Nearly spoiled our day. There's another hire place in the valley - we would recommend steering clear of this chap.

Didn't deliver bikes as promised in email one month before. Then when calling, doesn't remember whole thing and tells that they are closed today. Can't recommend to anyone.
