I absolutely love this little shop and their products. I can understand those who gave a negative review, the shop owner is not one of those super nice customer service agent like when you call vodafone. But he is absolutely talented, knows everything he is doing and definitely not a rude guy. The craftsmanship and quality is incomparable and price is better than reasonable. They even let me choose from all stock they have to just to find myself a perfect piece. Definitely visiting again next time when I am in town!

Know it all, grumpy old guy , please don't waste your time going if u need help with your leather, he will simply talk down to you, lecture about all the types of leather u don't know about then turn his back to you as he walks off dismissing your needs. I wanted leather conditioner not a rude man telling me how little I knew about his world #badcustomerservice

Beautiful leather belts and bags, with more being made in front of your eyes. The maker is a real artisan, although cranky at times. Saving up for one of their stunning backpacks!

This is one of the best places to buy a wallet. As long as you are willing and able to comprises on what you want and should be made. This is bespoke at a reasonable price. I applaud the the craftsman to holding himself to such a high regard.

Phone manner and customer service outstanding (it's becoming such a rarity now days). I am newbie to leather craft and they all where so helpful, kind, understanding and patient with me. Every question I asked was ment with the same genuine understanding as to why I asked it with a detailed answer in response. Not once did I feel talked down to because I didnt know.***highly highly recommend DS Horne for any newbie, they seem care and seem very passionate about what they do. Also they didnt upsell to me, I personally thought that was fantastic especially being a newbie. Money well spent in my books, you'll have a repeat customer from me***Stephy

I have been to see Rob at the shop a few times now to get a custom leather wallet made and each time I have been met by a man passionate about his work, with extraordinary attention to detail and a focus on providing a professional service.
