Disgusting service. Went in today, prepared to spend alllllot of money. Front door staff look like she didnt want to be there. Manager or supervisor dressed inappropriately, looked like she was wearing her bra to work. Will not shop here again.

Racist!The Worst of the worst worst custome service!How can you talk to customer so so rude even though i didnt do anything wrong! It is the worst shop i have ever been in 2022. My 12 year old daughter went to shop here today and was turned away because she didn't show her vaccination.. she is 12.!!! Under 16 don't need to show anything.Disgusting.!!!

Wanted to buy a product from Rousehill Cotton On, went to the website to buy it online but the item was Out Of Stock. So clicked on the In-Store option and it showed item in stock. Called the store to put it aside so I can come in and buy it later today. Store Manager advised that item is only sold online, explained reason I called was because it advised it was available in store. Store then advised product is not sold in store at all. Suggested to store to maybe update the site as it is confusing saying product is in store but then they dont sell it in store, Manager advised its up to head office to do that. Don't blame the store but there has to be some sort of ownership of the issue. So this feedback is for head office and stores. They need to know what each other are doing so it looks like they are one entity, its not a very good shopping experience.

Normally a good experience at this store. When I went in this afternoon I asked for help with finding a specific item. The staff member said “oh it might be on on the table over there” and flounced away to avoid any follow up questioning. “Might be” was not, in fact, on the table— which was also menswear, not the items I was looking for. Walked straight out and found what I was looking for straight away at Jeanswest. Wouldn’t have been in Cotton On at all if I didn’t have a loyalty voucher to spend.

my daughter came home tonight and told me that she got accused of stealing !!! my daughter and her friends went and watched a movie at castle towers and did a bit of shopping, on the way home they stopped at rouse hill to do more shopping, my daughter and her friend went into the cotton on and rouse hill and didn’t see anything they liked so they both walked out of the store, they went to sit down near the fountain for a second before their bus came to take them home, one of the workers from rouse hill came running up behind them and she asked “did you seriously just steal from my store”, my daughter and her friend said they bought it from cotton on in castle towers and the worker thought they said cotton on body (they didnt have a receipt and paid with cash), she then decided to get security involved and both girls were told that they would be banned from rouse hill town centre for a week and they are never allowed back into the cotton on. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

they accused me and my friend of stealing and waited outside the door while I was trying on clothes and followed me and my friend around ,, abit weird

Visited on 1 aug 2017 around 12pm the customer service girl was so rude. Mean attitude. I asked that lady about a t-shirts she didn't even looked at which t-shirt I was talking about m. She was not interested in any helping anyone. You guys have good stuff but not good staff ( that girl). Thanks

This cotton on was very well presented in store presentation. The lighting was pleasant to the eye. The layout of the store was easy to find things. The staff were very professional and friendly, something you don't find in other Cotton On Stores sad to say. The store was clean and very well organised. 2 thumbs up I will be coming back here again to shop for sure. Well done Cotton On Rouse Hill you made my shopping experience fun and great!

Turned away at the door because my 11 YEAR OLD daughter was not fully vaccinated. Regulations state that non vaccinated under 16 year old can enter a premises with a double vaxxed adult of the same house hold. Kids under the age of 12 dont get vaccinated and require TGA aprroval in order to get vaccinated. If youre going to have door staff at least ensure they are trained or educated on what regulations are in place
