We just got the keys to our second house that Holbrook built for us(which is an investment property)the house is totally fine, no quality issues at all, the finish is even better than my first one.building process was even faster this time, also friendly team in their office.one thing i've learned from building this house is, always communicate with the office team, because they know what to do to solve the problem.

First Home Buyer experience made simple and easy…..We are building in Clydevale estate in Clyde North. My house is getting painted at the moment and so far the construction progress has been stress free. From the very beginning we engaged with (Sam) agent our journey with Holbrook homes has been great.Since we are new to this course, our agent made sure that we were given plenty of information on choosing the right house design that would suit our family requirements as well as guiding us through the upgrades to keep everything within our budget and taste.Building supervisors and the office staff have been very welcoming, professional and customer focused. Excellent Build Quality, Workmanship & Customer ServiceWhen we were introduced to Sam (Sales Agent) by one of our friends, we were looking to buy a house and land package in Doreen. Within less than two weeks he was able to find a suitable land for us and package a beautiful house that ticked all the boxes.Since we are first home buyers the guidance we experienced throughout the building process, floor plan selection, colour selection, upgrades was very caring. As we were on a certain budget for construction our colour selection consultant was able to help us keep everything within our budget as well as to full filling our expectations.Today we are the proud owners of a beautiful home built by Holbrook Homes. Our Builder went into liquidation and left us with a hell of a mess, Holbrook Homes took over our incomplete house, fixing the defects and finished our home for us.Great service from top to bottom.

We are very happy with the the workmanship on our new home from concreters to brickies,plasterers,tilers and cabinet makers. Our supervisors have been great responding promptly to our calls and queries.Responses to question were answered promptly and updates were provided at every stage. Any problems (which were fairly minimal) were readily fixed with no dramas.We loved dealing with Sam Yapa and Holbrook Homes team, very professional while being friendly at the same time.Thank you guys ..

Moved into our new home last week. Andrew was great to work with, we meet him on site a heaps of times during the build and he always had time to answer all our questions and explain what was next to happen. The house was finished well with the contract time and the whole thing from the first time we meet with them to the day we moved in was pretty easy.

One month ago I moved into my brand new home. I am beyond happy with the finished product. Holbrook under-promised and over-delivered, far exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend building with Holbrook Homes. The whole process from start to finish was professional and not stressful for me at all. The build was far quicker than the contract and honestly, I couldn't be happier.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Norm for our custom designed home. We would like to thank Norm for his professionalism and patience throughout the process. Norm is an experienced consultant and guided us toward something that would tick all the boxes and make the most out of the blocks orientation. I will never forget viewing our first drawing and thinking 'Wow, they really listened! and then watching Di tweak a small part of the plan to create a larger mud room before our eyes and I teared up thinking I had just witnessed a process of alchemy as the drawing had suddenly transformed in to our home.Brett and Kathrynn never wavered in their support to make sure that all of the design processes went smoothly. Kathrynn's attention to detail and client satisfaction is staggering! We have just finished our house design process with Holbrook Homes and are delighted with the outcome!Our block of land is in a new estate in Kyneton, and poses special challenges as the front is north facing. Kyneton has a very cold climate and a regular house design, where the living areas face south, would literally leave us cold. What's more, it is a corner block, so we wanted a design with two attractive facades and that provided space for nice gardens on both frontages.Volume builders don't have such designs, and we couldn't afford the kind of architect-designed house you see in the glossy magazines.Thankfully Holbrook Homes was one of the recommended builders in the estate. Starting with a unique basic concept, over a period of time Holbrook worked with us to develop and refine a totally custom design that works brilliantly on the block and is within our budget.That's great, but is only half the story. Designing a new home from scratch is a very personal journey, at least it has been for us. And it is the people you get to know at Holbrook who make that journey worthwhile. There was Norm, our first contact, who set us on the right design path in the early stages. Di, who expertly drew the plans, is not just creative but also came up with great ideas we would never have thought of. Brett's deep experience and knowledge of construction ensured our design was not only what we wanted, but practical and within our budget . And last but definitely not least Kathrynn, who guided and administered the process from initial plans through to contract. Her thoroughness and command of detail are as impressive as her patience with us!We are so glad we chose Holbrook. They are big enough to provide the cost benefits of a volume builder, small enough to provide a custom design, and personable enough to make the design journey fulfilling.
