I knew my brain needed a 'reboot' after surviving some tumultuous years in my life. Hypnotherapy had been useful to me in the past but I just needed to find the right person. I was so pleased to find Bonnie with her calm and professional demeanour. She listened, discussed, then suggested a plan of action to help me deal with sleeping, anxiety and emotional issues that plagued me. Through our hypnotherapy sessions, Bonnie's techniques worked surprisingly quickly to help me address sleeping and anxiety problems.
