I spent a month bridal dress shopping and went to many places. I never had as great of an experience as I did with Anna. She is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond every time mum and I went to try dresses. She put in a lot of effort the whole time and I really appreciate it. Would’ve absolutely loved to get my dress from there but unfortunately since I am having my wedding overseas I found it easier to order one from there. Really appreciate all the effort❤️

Donna and the team at belle et blanc are amazing! I highly recommend them for their attentiveness, professionalism and personability, they really made wedding dress shopping such a fun and easy process. The dress itself is absolutely stunning and I felt so glamorous on my wedding day. The boutique has many unique dresses over a range of budgets, and you're in good hands with the team at belle et blanc.

I went to Belle et Blanc to try on different dresses and had a great experience. It's worth mentioning that Donna is absolutely amazing at what she does and makes you feel comfortable in finding beautiful dresses that suit you. The time absolutely flew as well. Even when we walked in, we all felt quite welcome at Belle et Blanc.

I was in Melbourne wedding dress shopping last month when my mum, sister, friends, and I spotted Belle et Blanc from across the road and decided to go in for a look.Rose was so welcoming and sweet. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Rose made sure to make it special.She put me in a selection of different styles and was really helpful.Unfortunately, I didn't say yes to one of her dresses, but it was such a beautiful experience that I won't forget it.Thank you so much Rose!

This review is for Donna, Olivia and Rose. I wish I could give you girls 6 out of 5 stars. Exceptional service and beautiful gowns in store for any and every body type. I said yes to the dress with Olivia and Donna in store, and they were so genuinely happy for me. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and supported. I got a few alterations done and the dress was absolutely flattering and fit me like a glove. Rose was with me at my last fitting and she was so kind and helpful. Thankyou ladies! I got married last week and got so many compliments on my dress.

I had a very pleasant experience at this bridal boutique and highly recommend it. I believe my experience was so pleasant because of my consultant, Anna. From the first moment i stepped into the store, she was so lovely and helpful and most importantly, genuine. Anna listened to my wants and needs and offered fantastic advice and helpful knowledge. It was clear she has good experience and genuinely cares. She followed up with me and accommodated me and this really meant alot. Thank you for all your time and energy Anna, you've been so lovely.

We had an amazing experience at Belle Blanc Bridal Boutique ! Rose who helped us, was exceptional . She was very friendly and helpful. Gave the best advice in regards to alterations and a very genuine person . Helped us find the wedding dress of our dream ! I recently had the displeasure of visiting Belle et Blanc and it was a truly terrible experience.I was running late to my appointment and I had asked them over the phone if it was still ok for me to come in, they told me it was ok and that they could still fit me in, so I still went.As soon as I arrived I apologized profusely but from the moment I walked through the door, I was met with a rude and condescending attitude. During most of my time there I found the staff to be incredibly rude and impatient, this behaviour made me feel unwelcomed and unimportant as a customer. They should have canceled the appointment all together over the phone if they had that much of a problem with me showing up late.Not only was the staff member in charge unpleasant towards me, but she was also really rude to my mum and friend who were there to offer support in this special occasion. When my mum attempted to take a photo of me in the dress, the staff member rudely snapped at her, rather than respectfully informing us that photography was not allowed. Leaving my mum feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. There were no signs up to indicate this rule, which made the situation all the more embarrassing, especially for my mum.Perhaps the most frustrating thing about this experience was the constant criticism I received about leaving it too late to find a dress for my wedding, despite the fact that no other store I had visited after had any complaints or worries about my timing. It was as if she was more interested in berating me than helping me find the dress. They even attempted to charge me a rush fee of $450, which I found to be exorbitant and unnecessary, no other store I had visited that day even mentioned this fee or inconvenience".Although I did love the dress I tried on

Highly recommend Belle et Blanc! Olivia was very patient in assisting me with choosing the gown, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed at all. Throughout the fitting process, Donna and Rose were very helpful and attention to detail. They always make sure that I am comfortable in the gown.Nice boutique with nice smell and friendly ladies <3
