Pretty upset with this Maccas. Tonight we waited in the drive through for over half an hour. When we got to the first window, an employee was on their phone clearly not lifting a finger. When we finally got our order at the second window we got a half-hearted ‘sorry about the wait’.As we drove off we realised they didn’t give us our drinks and the chips were unsalted and cold. Very frustrating and upsetting.

When u get you're feed like this well let's just say not happy.Also still waiting on my food to be replaced from months ago that they said that they would send out vouchers for.Not bloody happy.

Usually if i dont enjoy the service i dont comment however this time was so underwhelming i doubt i will ever return to any Maccas. The premium burger looked nothing like the photo on the self serve kiosk. I ate it all because i was in a rush but when i went back to compare what i recieved to the photo half was missing. I cannot recommend.If i could leave no stars i would.

It's a pity the bacon quarter pounder has been stopped.I bought medium fries that were too cold to eat. Otherwise everything else is fantastic. Friendly staff, yesterday the staff member who gave me the meal at the window didn't even look at me, just passed the bag through the window, said here is your meal" and turned away. Being busy doesn't mean you have to be rude."

I’ve heard a lot of complaints regarding South Tamworth Maccas now I know why. My order was stuffed up twice. How can you order a medium McNugget meal and end up with medium chicken burger meal.The burgers were slapped together too. No presentation at all.I’ll stick to West Tamworth Maccas in future.

After ordering from the computer machine and having a terrible experience, now I know why I don't order McDonald's often. I had the worst experience, went to order and the machine wasn't printing the receipt with your order confirmation, so I went and ordered again. Then I went to the front counter and being approached by the manager, that told me that I shouldn't order twice as I should know that the printer isn't working. Extremely rude manager and have no customers service skills! Didn't want to refund my second order on my card and said the only way to do that was giving as cash. Manager kept insisting that I should have come to front counter before ordering again, however there is no explicit message saying that the printer isn't working. I'll not order McDonald's ever again, very horrible experience! Go Hungry Jack's
