I had a lovely experience! There was a lady with a blonde pixie cut and pierced ears (who's name I didn't get), but she was the most genuine and kind sales person. She directed us to where we needed without being pushy, and when we came to purchase our items (a pillow and blanket) she insisted that we try out the pillow and make sure it suits us, and she took us to a bed and laid the pillows out for me to try. It made me feel really valued as a customer. Not only that, but the pillow and blanket I grabbed was perfect and is really good quality! I love shopping here.

Very helpful staff. Store Manager is great. They helped me and even store manager help me to take my stuff to my car parking. 100% happy, I will shop there again. I don't think I met any manager before like pillow talk woden Manager. Both manager helpful and very polite.Thank you your good service.

Scored these two beauties plus a kimono from the woden store today. Wife is surprised i got the right colours for our house. (Hint : I really had no idea and was shopping on a wish but luckily the sales person 'Tara' asked some.questions and pointed me in the right direction.)

Skyy, the Manager was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to ensure that my item was received. She is one of the loveliest and kindest people I have met in a long time and I am very grateful to her. For someone who does not venture into these stores unless dragged in by my wife, I found Pillow Talk in Woden a nice shop to look around. Very clean and organised. Had a friendly chat with Pascal today, wish all sales staff were like him, very knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy, easy to talk too. Thanks Pascal, we will be back.
