Went into the branch today to get some help on a few things, the service provided by Jane and Tyler was really professional and helpful. I left feeling like a valued customer with all my requests resolved :)

Great bank, and they are the only bank owned by its Tasmanian customers. Their website is so easy to use, so I dont go into the bank very often, but when I have, the staff have been so welcoming and friendly, and there are no queues. Very fast service too. Interest rates are usually better than the greedy big banks. The best choice in banks!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, $5:00 per statement to get them over the counter because I was unable to log on to online banking, closing accounts & taking my business elsewhere.

Have had lots of issues with internet banking, they promise to call me back to find a solution but never do. Highly recommend banking with anyone else other than bank of us. Shame really.
