Keema Hyundai Mt Gravatt
Arranged to have my new car to have tint applied prior to delivery. When picking up, it was identified the tint had the corners torn on each window. The salesperson took photos and advised they would take care of it when the car was bought in for the first service.Despite advising me they would book the service to happen 4 weeks away, it became apparent this was not done. I attempted to contact the salesperson who did not answer my texts, calls nor respond to my voicemail. I contacted Keema who could find no record of a service booking nor have any knowledge the tint problem. I had to make a new booking 4 weeks away due to their availability, specifically for the first car service and to have the tint redone.I dropped the car off yesterday and they specifically asked about the tint issue and advised they would look into it. When it came to pick up, they told me they couldnt do the tint and I'd have to make another booking. No reasoning was provided as why it wasnt done. As the tint is done by a third party, they had ample time to arrange the third party to address this in the weeks leading up to the booking. I have now rebooked (and have to wait more than another month due to their availability).Not a good start and I hope they do better.

I had a great buying experience at Keema Hyundai Mt Gravatt, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. My requests were not followed through properly and I was made to feel belittled. Keema's service department did not detect a major fault (loose tie end rod bolt) with my car, which put me in a potentially life threatening situation. The car was taken to another dealership to have this rectified. In addition, I was turned away from a confirmed appointment as they reported not having any record of it. Their communication, professionalism, and organization were lacking, and the response from the service manager was unhelpful and unapologetic. While some staff members provided good service, I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Keema Mt Gravatt agreed to release a part to a different service center but I have not heard back.

Keema Hyundai Mt Gravatt
Asked for a thorough check while my car was in warranty from a dealer. They said there was some damage to the underside but couldn't tell me the extent. Went in a while later because the air con wasn't working and was handed a quote for thousands of dollars to fix the extensive damage to the underside of the car... after warranty has lapsed. Didn't record service in my log book. Poor communication. Won't be going back.

Good experience with sales purchasing my new i30N. Very accommodating considering I had very specific needs for pricing/change over with both finance and for the car itself. Josip and Chris were both prompt and professional. Very laid back handover in the right ways and impressive process even having been in the industry for a fair while. Thank you!

Disappointing and unprofessional service. Immediately tried to pass the blame when this is a service issue. Car went in for a service the day before a long drive to NSW and made 50km. Two damaged rims on the same side of the car and car had to be towed because the tyre pressure was dropped from the required 40psi for the rim and tyre combination to 34psi resulting in the tyres being under inflated.Response from the Service Manager I have spoken to my Manager and my workshop and we will always put in the tyre pressures that are required by Hyundai as per the tyre placard on the door. Sorry unable to assist at this stage"I only went in for them to understand the issue and fault but instead they have left me with a feeling of disbelief and disappointed. Not the service you would expect."

I have health problems, I rely on my vehicle. Keema always accommodate my treatment schedule for completing my vehicle on time. I cannot recommend Keema highly enough.

Pleasant helpful staff. Unfortunately waiting lounge internet is so poor it’s almost impossible to work while waiting during car service. TV in lounge also keeps losing picture and dropping out so room for improvement on those fronts.

First time having car serviced by this shop. There were some positives eg smooth book-in, sent a video showing some details of the service. this is more gimmicky than anything though.This issues I had was that while it was a pleasant surprise that the car was washed and sort of cleaned inside, it was a very basic inside clean. The entire dashboard, instrument panel and handbrake area were completely untouched ie left completely dusty.The next issue is my biggest disappointment. When we booked the service online and also when I brought the car in. I told them that we had an issue with the Car Play. Phone calls could not be heard when answered via Car Play. They said that they would update the software and fix it . When I picked it up they told me that they updated the software. I asked if that fixed the issue and they said yes it did. Unfortunately when I tried it out there was no difference, it still did work. I sent an email that night advising them of this hoping I could have it looked at again. However I never received a response. So overall quite disappointing
