As a past employee - (Registered Nurse under AHPRA) worked for the company from August 2018 to 03 March 2020, this is a review for future clients or future employees.In the first few months, the ethics, privacy and confidentiality of the company were maintained, work was distributed fairly between all employees even though fuel was not compensated. As a RN, I complete numerous shifts as a Personal Care Worker when urgently needed.In the early half of 2019, I noticed 1. a pattern of favoritism to employees hired of non-English backgrounds even though I also am from such a background; 2 ; Numerous breaches in privacy and confidentiality of patients details, inadequately trained staff looking after their first 24 hour care client, 3. demands for joining groups on Whats App, 4. completing courses that were not evidence based ,AND no feedback for concerns raised by employees ie ignoring emails and suggesting termination.Please consider if this is the right company you want government funded/insurance money/hard earned money going to?Miss Martina Noronha (RN)
