I did Individual support certificate 3 with Vicseg New Future Epping, I enjoyed the times there, the trainers are super nice and the staff there are very friendly and helpful.I learned many aspects of the skill’s to do my job. The employment teams are very helpful got me a paid work placement, excellent Employment teams especially for the person helped through the process thank you.

New futures training is one of the best institutes because of many reasons:1- trainers and everyone there looking after the students very well and always support and help us as a student ( according to my experience with them since 2017 till now ).2- They have flexibility in their learning schedules ( especially if you are full-time worker and only available once a week ) they are so supportive and helpful at that point.3- Great thanks for the amazing trainer ( Hanadi Ahmed ) for her help and support during my diploma course with her and also for Lina and Arlene for always responding to my inquires.Thanks new futures for everything.
