Inspirations Paint Seaton

After visiting 2 other paint suppliers, I won’t name. Thankfully I was recommended to try inspiration paints. Incredible, I struck GOLD! They ticked all the boxes…friendly, knowledgeable staff and super efficient.Tanya is an absolute treasure, restoring good old fashioned customer service accompanied by her knowledgeable expertise.

The man that assisted me with my paint enquiry was helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could do to assist me with buying the most cost effective and easier way to complete my painting job. He advised me on which paint would not need a undercoat and which sanding paper was required.After selling the item without painting it, they were happy to refund me the whole amount for the unopened can of paint. It was the most easiest transaction from start to finish I have had in a very long time. I would recommend this business to everyone I know.

We were informed on a recent visit to Inspirations, that a specialist interior designer was in attendance n Mondays. We decided to pay her a visit. We told her our ideas and she (Tanya) was very informative and had some great ideas to enhance what we want to do. We are so impressed that we are considering calling her in to help us with some other design elements in our home.

Walked in needing hardwearing external finish for front door frame timber step and walked out with correct product in right shade (gloss) plus matched brush and turps, with the advice on 6 monthly application to keep maintained and also how to store the product (upside down) so it keeps from next time.You can generally get products anywhere but great advice for a home handyman is value add.Highly Recommended.

I had my first visit to this store this week after I had a trip to Bunnings. Just didn't feel comfortable with the service there so headed to Seaton. Matt serviced me and I had such a easy experience. Nothing was a problem, re-assured me that the paint was suitable for my projects. Matt gave me extra advice about the colour consultant that visits the store 2 days a week. I am planning another visit next week. Thanks Matt

I so wish I went here in the first instance! Colour specialist was very helpful in narrowing down are search for the most appropriate colour, which we love. Friendly helpful staff, competitive prices and great selection of quality products.

I don't often write reviews, but I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service, advice and products given by the staff at the Inspirations store on Tapleys Hill road.When I Googled the store it was easy to find and call, and when I rang they answered the phone promptly; over the phone, they were also able to give advice and prices for products that matched what I was trying to achieve with my project. When I visited the store in person it was easy to find and access from the other side of the road, and I could quickly find a park. The younger person I spoke to when I first walked in the door was friendly and relatable, and when I let him know I had spoken to someone on the phone earlier he had the nouse to find him and double check the product was right for my job. I then spoke to Matt who I had earlier spoken to over the phone and he provided brochures and more information on the products, he even gave me a realistic guide on how much of the product I needed for my job. On top of this, they also provided advice on the next part of my project and what products will do the trick.Thanks again folks, you have all of the key points I like when visiting a store, and it has helped me, a novice DIY, in the direction's for my projects.I'll see you the next time I need advice and the products to match.
