Maddy moving into the Art Therapy and IFS modalities seems a very natural progression for her to integrate all her wisdom and talent and helps facilitate change where people can feel very comfortable. Her capacity to actively listen and engage one on one and hold the space is special. Congratulations on this next chapter Maddy!

Love everything about this yoga studio. From when you walk through the garden lit by candlelight to the studio it's a true escape. The studio is small so class sizes are limited making it more intimate. Only downside of this is that there aren't very many classes offered and they fill up quickly. The teachers (I've had classes with Maddy and Jo) are excellent and cater to a variety of levels.
