Just want to give a big shout out to Tori. She was on her own as as they have no staff.( could tell has it was advertise looking for staff) had a line of customers and still gave each and everyone her time. She was lovely

I saw 4 customers get turned away at 4:30pm for cinnamon donuts because they had already closed the machine. I thought you closed at 5:30?Response from customer service: Turning the fryer off early allows enough time for cool down, just enough time for the staff to clean up around the machine safely so nobody gets burnt or hurt. So just to clarify the reason the Fryer is turned off early is for OH&S reasons.Perhaps update the closing time? It is a “donut” king and people come there for those up to closing time. Not coffee or salads.

No eftpos!! Ridiculous for a fast food chain. Cost me 2 bucks just to get cash out to pay for my food. My hotdog was dry ( must a sauce shortage) and the chicken sandwich was chicken loaf not proper chicken. If i could no stars i would.

I walked up to get a thick shake for my sister and wanted to get a chocolate mocha frappe, but they gave me a regular coffee thick shake, not good donut king, my sisters comment was geez

Usually fantastic. Today cold coffee, but still tasted good. slow service 1 &1/2 out of 3 working, also desperately need a numbering system

Good overall but have had a few problems over the years, currently on uber eats but don't bother trying to order anything because they wont accept it from my experience. Honestly quite peeved at the fact it is on uber but they wont even take orders from uber, ive tried a fair few days now and multiple times during those days too, and everytime i get sat on the order recieved screen untill uber cancels my order because they wont take it.
