Saturday , called in for snack for kids ! 2 small chips , and 2 small cokes !$24 later , next time I think I’ll go to Maccas !! Shop assistant eating take away in plain view of customers then wiping hands on apron n then serving customers again !! Is that the way we serve ppl in this day n age , I think not !!

The worst customer service, the staff don't listen and can't communicate with each other. I asked for something to be brought out with the rest of my food so it wouldn't go cold while I was waiting for the rest and they didn't listen. They forgot something that my friend ask for only seconds after asking for it. They need training or just new staff. I don't pay to eat cold food and have things forgotten that I've paid for. They are also violating health code by not wearing hair nets in a kitchen around food!

Went here today never again service was discussing.I ask for fresh chips i got a small bowl of over cooked chips they where rock hard with no potato in them what so ever. I went back up to see if i cook get ones that are not over cooked.The lady that was cooking was very rude and said they are over cooked and as i told her they are rock hard she gave me a very discussing look and start to careing on and as i told her there was no need to be rude and she kept on careing on.Payed $8 for a bowl of chips that you could not eat.Other people around me where complying about them too.If she does not know how to cook chips she should not be cooking.

Staff are rude, poor quality and overpriced food. Bought a drink from Woolies and some food from a near by and sat with my friend who had bought some chips and the staff went off at me and my friend's. Mate payed 8.50 for some chips and graving only to get a tiny bowl of chips. Bad service, bad prices don't go here.

Okay coffee but good service. Located right to the coles Eastland and around the food court. Looked very busy and staff hustling around. Would be good for a quick bite but expect to wait until you get your turn at the counter and also to get your order

The old female staff member made my step daughter cry here today. My wife had gone to the toilet and while gone, my 9 yr old went to the counter and asked for some barbecue sauce and was given gravy. The old lady said it was $1.30, my step daughter being 9 years old with no money or debit card to tap was told she shouldn't go around asking for free food by the old lady. This upset my step daughter and my wife returned to see her crying. my wife paid for the gravy (which was suppose to be BBQ sauce) and complained about the staff member. The staff member needs to be fired, if in fact the staff member is the owner then maybe this appalling behavior needs to be shared on facebook until she is brought to tears

The staff are super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend having their Chai latte, one of the best around. The dining area had a high turn over and staff were quick to clear the tables.
