Fantastic experience at Swiss Concept city boutique. I asked the 2023 new Tudor blackbay 41 Burgundy with jubilee bracelet earlier and received the lucky call within one week!!! Agnes did her best for serving us and I hope I can buy more, even Rolex and AP from her in the foreseeable future.

A really great experience. After a pleasant phone call with Stella a few weeks ago, I got a call to let me know the watch I wanted, a new Yacht-Master II was available and offered it to me. In store, the staff were great, pleasant to speak too and the sales, trying the watch, adjusting the band processes were efficient and easy.Stella was fantastic to deal with and a real asset to the business. Based on her service, I have to say make Swiss Concept first choice for a new watch.

Absolutely great experience in store!! I put my wishlist in December last year for my husband’s birthday in April and was wondering if I would wait forever……. So surprised and happy that the watch arrives in Feb, just in time!! The service in store is amazing as well! Always love the Rolex Watches! Long history, perfect quality and lifetime memory!!
