Already paid them to lodge my tax and was awaiting for a document from my side. I update them about the situation but no response from their side until you go and meet them to sort it out which they couldn't sort it out. Will definitely not go again as doesn't seemed to have enough knowledge. Waste of money and time.

Called them to do a company tax, they asked for an email with details which I sent, but they never replied. They didn't seem very professional on the phone and didn't really understand what I was asking for, they don't seem to respond to email..

Tax agent Bla is unprofessional accountant and rude person. She charged my consultant fee but did not lodged my tax claim. Her such behaviors DEFINITELY breach ethics duty. She even didn't check all the details following by accounting standards and the requirement of ATO systems. On the second day, I still didn't get any message or email notice from the ATO, so I went to mygov to have a check and then I found my tax claims did not lodged. I asked her what's going on over the phone, and she yelled at YOU ARE NOT MY THE ONLY ONE CUSTOMER
