We are purchasing a house and came to SLS as recommended by our bank. As one of the three buyers on the contract, I have not been contacted by them once. We originally requested a settlement date in November, but this didn't happen. Then, we requested a settlement date in January. We returned all our information to them and heard nothing back. We chased them up after the settlement date that we requested to see what was happening and once again, nothing had been done. They have finally sent a draft of the contract to the other party's solicitor and have neglected to put a settlement date on it. They also ask for money before they do anything and our case has been passed around to two or three partners. We should not have to chase you - this is your job, not primary school homework.

We have used Springfield Legal service for many things in the past however our most recent experience with Zoe was great. We had never met Zoe however she was kind, courteous and professional at all times and ensured the processes ran smoothly and she was extremely efficient in her dealings with us. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Chris was excellent when we needed our document notarised. I discovered a mistake by our lawyer just after leaving the office and Chris had to redo the document and he did it without charging again. Thanks for being very accommodating and understanding. Highly recommended.
