Had my Seamaster serviced under warranty, great customer service from Kang, really good chat about watches, very knowledgeable.

Went to purchase a watch, but found the gentleman super 'analysing'. He had a cold demeanour and began to read my actions and my attire (work). My overall interaction was very short with no real rapport being built, he just seemed disinterested; possibly felt I had come there just to pass some time or didnt seem to have the capability to buy a watch - hilarious!He even opened the door while I was on my way out even before I reached the door. His loss, I was put off with the treatment, went to Kennedy's and bought a great timepiece!Not coming here again....

I recently bought a new Oris from the team at Hardy Brothers in Perth this past week.I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences while purchasing a new piece.My recent experience with the team at Hardy brother was exceptional, I went in and viewed the two units I had my eye on, Ivan was there to serve me.When I made my decision, Ivan made me feel very comfortable and at ease while preparing the new piece.Ivan took the time to explain to me the process of winding up the unit, setting dates and how to take care of the unit.They also took time to clean my personal jewelry while waiting.Overall, the team is friendly, Professional, and knowledgeable! Excellent service and I highly recommend a store visit if you are in the area.

I went to this place as I was looking for a watch to give to my boyfriend for his birthday, I didn't feel welcome as no one seemed to want to assist me. When someone finally assisted me, she made me feel I couldn't afford to buy their watches so I just left and went to buy an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch at Kennedy Crown Perth instead.

Came in to try get a strap replaced on my watch and the guys here were super friendly and helpful! Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely fantastic experience with Hardy Brothers. Ivan helped me arrange (from Scotland) a surprise gift for my husband and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He also made the experience even more special for my husband celebrating a special birthday alone in Perth. He went above and beyond and was fantastic to deal with. My husband is very pleased with the watch we picked too. Highly recommend!

I want to thank whole Hardy Brothers team! I haven't had a hudge budget and my dream watch for sure wasn't the most expensive one... but despide this I was treated with respect equally with other customers who were spending 20x more than I did - that's really important for me. My first serous watch! I'm really happy and hope we will see soon again!

I cannot express enough the whole experience that we received at Hardy Brothers. The Customer Service from Kang from first talking on the phone to completion was excellent. Professional, courteous and the individual treatment of taking time with a customer. The quality of the Jewellers is exceptional. The extra touches with gift wrapping and additional information was very much appreciated. I would 100% recommend Hardy Brothers and we will definitely be back in the future.
